The best yet, from the very beginning through to the very end. Our sales representative, Dave West was his usual patient self when we kept asking for quotes on various size configurations and as always, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
This year Laura Kelly was assigned to the account as our CSR, and we all feel that she’s absolutely the best CSR we’ve had in our 17 years of printing the Student Source! Her attention to detail, her ability to anticipate questions and concerns in advance and to address them early, and her extreme organizational skills were all very much appreciated.
Duane Johnson was extremely helpful in getting us into a substantial number of direct entry points which was extremely helpful as we faced yet another year of postal increases. He’s also been terrific in following up with our postal delivery reports.
And, as ever, your press operators were fantastic. We’re always pleased to see how conscientious they are with all of the myriad of issues they have to deal with during the manufacturing of the Student Source (high bulk stock, perfs, a wide array of images, etc.). However, this year they seemed even better and even more efficient than in years past. They’re all so very accommodating of our needs and concerns and we sincerely appreciate the effort that each of them, including Mike, Howard, Marty, Al and Carl and all of their assistants put into producing a great looking project.
With all of this, we’re very proud to have included Vanguard’s name on our masthead.

Out of all the printers I have worked with, Vanguard was the most helpful and responsive. I am thrilled that they turned the project around in time for the start of the show on Friday and the printing was excellent. Please use me for references and there is another project coming very soon.
