FTP Information

Here are some of general guidelines when sending files via FTP (ftp://ftp.vanguardprintingllc.com/)

A username and password are required to access the site.
Need both? Contact your Customer Service Representative.
Mac users need to download a third-party FTP client to access the FTP site.
PC users can use Internet Explorer or a third-party FTP client.
Internet Explorer 7 will no longer allow logon to FTP. See Microsoft's KnowledgeBase article 941896 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941896.
Stuffing or Zipping your files with a compression software program before you upload will reduce transfer time.
Email your CSR or the Prepress Department so they are aware of any materials that are uploaded to the site.
