Keeping a tight production schedule benefits everyone – your team has more sales time and our presses are utilized to their fullest capacity. That’s why your production schedule is so important. We like to have one full year’s production schedule in place to insure we hold press time for your publication. And you maintain credibility by mailing or distributing on time.
Technology has changed the nuts and bolts of printing. Vanguard Printing LLC can eliminate overnight shipments by handling your job electronically from start to finish.
- Upload your files and a high-res proof to our FTP site. The URL for our FTP site is: ftp://ftp.vanguardprintingllc.com.
- We download your files and email your production team soft proofs (low-res PDF files).
- Upon approval, we rip your files, image your plates and hit the press.
Accustomed to making a lot of changes after shipping your files? Some of our clients have created very effective internal proofing processes so very few changes are required after files are shipped, which saves them time and money.
And Out the Door
If you use our mailing facilities, e-mail your list to our mailing department. We will NCOA and CASS-certify your list prior to ink-jetting. Since we ink-jet inline, your publication quickly works its way through the plant and is stitched and ink-jetted in one process, saving up to two days production time and getting your publication out the door more quickly. Our on-site USPS person is able to provide in-plant mail verification, insuring your publication gets into the mail stream quickly and efficiently.
