Delano is our web-based project management software, incorporating online file submission proof review and approval. All you need are press-quality PDF files and an internet connection.
User Setup
Let your CSR know that you're ready to start uploading and approving files online. They will setup a user account.
You can download the QuickStart Guide using the link at the right side of this page.
System Check
You'll need to confirm that you have two free software plugins installed on the computer(s) that you'll be using for upload and approval. The following links assist you in checking and installing software or updates if needed.
Note: MAC USERS SHOULD NOT NEED JAVA.

Here's how you get started:
- 1. Contact your CSR to setup your account.
- 2. Access the Delano Website - Login at www.vanguardapproval.com
- 3. Upload your pages through the Web interface
- 4. Review and approve online
