Full Service Printing Company located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State looking for Customer Service Representative with experience in the web printing field. Candidate should have a thorough understanding of all printing processes from digital pre-press to finishing. Be ambitious and detail orientated. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, in-plant managers, and Sales Team. Knowledge of the capabilities of the Hantscho Mark VI 9-Unit and Heidelberg M-130 8-Unit Web presses, Muller Martini Prima-390-, Harris SP-855, 755 Stitchers, and Muller Martini NB-SC-24 Perfect Binding Line equipment and a minimum of 2 years of college a plus.
